IT IS TAUGHT IN COLLABORATION WITH DESIGN FOR LONDON AND IS CONCEIVED TO SPECULATE NEW SPATIAL PLANNING AND URBAN DESIGN PRACTICE, AND RESPOND TO SOCIAL, ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLITICAL REALITIES WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON LONDON
